究極を追い求め「すべてを最高値(さいこうち)で」という理念の高橋隼人シェフと、親交のある「日本人唯一の公認トリュフハンター」富松恒臣氏。この日のために作り上げたコースは、灼麓館に始まり2FのChef's tableにはBerkel社のスライサーを設置する凝りよう。メインの黒毛和牛は、血統、雌、長期肥育にこだわる「北海道 YAZAWA BEEF」。そこに富松氏選定のピエモンテ産白トリュフとペアリングが、華を添えます。 ランチ・ディナー合わせて20名の特別なゲストたちは、その絢爛な世界観に酔いしれました。

"Pellegrino" Hayato Takahashi × "Tomi Selections" Tsuneomi Tomimatsu × Hokkaido "YAZAWA BEEF"

Chef Hayato Takahashi, who pursues the ultimate, “everything at its highest value,” and Tsuneomi Tomimatsu, “the only certified the Knight of wine and truffles in Japan,” are close friends. The course prepared for the occasion began in the Sharockan, and a Berkel slicer was installed at the Chef's table on the second floor. The main dish of black Japanese Wagyu was “Hokkaido YAZAWA BEEF,” which is particular about pedigree, female, and long-term fattening. Pairing the beef with Piedmontese white truffles selected by Mr. Tomimatsu adds to the flavor of the meal.The 22 special guests for lunch and dinner were intoxicated by the gorgeous world view.

The Audi Q8 e-tron made its debut at a preview event.After enjoying a test drive from Nagano and Matsumoto cities to HAKUBA, the car was displayed and presented at KANOLLY Resorts.We prepared special party food and provided an extraordinary, elegant, and special experience.

今坂庸二郎 × 北海道 ”YAZAWA BEEF”

ニューヨークを拠点に活躍する写真家 今坂庸二朗氏が、KANOLLY Resortsのために撮り下ろした作品を記念したイベントです。今坂氏自ら鑑賞ツアーを行い、精肉卸ヤザワミートのプレミアムブランド牛、北海道「YAZAWA BEEF」のBBQで、大盛況のうちに幕を閉じました。

This event commemorates the work of New York-based photographer Yojiro Imasaka, who photographed for KANOLLY Resorts. Mr. Imasaka will personally conduct a viewing tour and premium brand beef from meat wholesaler YAZAWA MEAT,The event ended with a BBQ of Hokkaido's “YAZAWA BEEF” and was a great success.
