CONCEPT
Resembling a lantern, it lit up in the woods of Hakuba Misorano.
The light echoes with the changing seasons and brings a delightful smile to your face.
The pizzas, featuring homemade ham and bacon from meat wholesaler YAZAWA Meat and plenty of seasonal ingredients, are made with a direct appeal to the ingredients. In the winter season, a 6 meters in diameter ger tent resembling a Kamakura is set up. In the summer a BBQ pit is available for seasonal enjoyment.
A BBQ pit is also available outdoors for your seasonal enjoyment.

At San Fermo we offer a unique Italian blend and also plant-based milk to brew a cup to your liking.
The wines have been selected by our sommelier with a focus on taste and quality.
The lineup is rich in variety, from the familiar to the coveted.
Rare domestic whiskies are available as well. Please enjoy and unwind in the Hakuba Misorano forest to your heart's content.
