The finest ingredients are elevated to the realm of art by the finely honed skills and soul of the chef.
After being awarded 3 stars in the Michelin Guide for 10 consecutive years, the restaurant is now a members-only restaurant. Reservation requests from the general public are not accepted.

Meals at KANOLLY Resorts can be prepared by SANFERMO or SHAROCKAN and served in the SUITE.
Culinary enthusiasts can indulge their culinary talents in our dedicated kitchens, where our staff will clean up after you at the appointed time.
We can also coordinate a dreamy resort dinner by inviting a variety of renowned restaurants, including Japanese, sushi, shabu-shabu sukiyaki, yakiniku, Italian and French.
