三度目となる今年も、舞台はKANOLLY Resorts HAKUBA。
富松氏が厳選するイタリア・ピエモンテ州アルバの稀少な白トリュフと、
高橋シェフの感性と技術が織りなす、この日のためだけの特別なコースをご用意します。
北イタリア・ピエモンテにも通じる冷涼な気候と、
四季の移ろいを感じる白馬。

PELLEGRINO × ALBA WHITE TRUFFLE
KANOLLY Resorts HAKUBA welcomes Chef Hayato Takahashi of PELLEGRINO,
one of Japan’s most sought-after restaurants, together with
Tsuneomi Tomimatsu, the first Japanese recipient of the prestigious title
“Knight of the Truffle and Wines of Alba.”
Returning to Hakuba for its third edition, this exclusive dining event
brings together rare white truffles from Alba, personally selected by Tomimatsu,
and a special menu created by Chef Takahashi exclusively for these two days.
With its cool climate and distinct seasons, Hakuba evokes the landscape
and atmosphere of Piedmont in Northern Italy.
Surrounded by the majestic Northern Alps, KANOLLY Resorts HAKUBA
provides the setting for an extraordinary two-day culinary experience.

Guests who reserve the dining event will also receive priority access,
