「神楽坂 石かわ」石川秀樹氏と「ペレグリーノ」高橋隼人シェフが、それぞれ「アルバのトリュフとワインの騎士」の称号を持つ富松恒臣氏とタッグを組み、白馬村の美しい自然を舞台にダイニングイベントを開催。
11月9日（日）の回では、白馬村スノーピーク雪峰で活躍された関俊仁シェフも加わり、ここだけの豪華コラボレーションが実現。

Hideki Ishikawa of Kagurazaka ISHIKAWA and Chef Hayato Takahashi of PELLEGRINO teamed up with Tsuneomi Tomimatsu, who holds the title of “Knight of Alba Truffles and Wine,”to hold a dining event set against the beautiful natural backdrop of Hakuba Village.
On Sunday, November 9th, Chef Toshihito Seki, who has been active at Snow Peak SEPPO in Hakuba Village,will also join us, creating a luxurious collaboration that can only be experienced here.
